The 25th annual Listowel Food Fair, will be held from Thursday November 7th to Monday 11th 2010. Lisa Fingleton will be speaking about her book ‘The Local Food Project’ at the Food Academy on Friday 8th October and also at the Business Development Seminar that afternoon. She will talk about her creative and organic food growing projects and how eating local food is particularly important in the context of climate change and Brexit.
